About the role

The product team has no shortage of dashboards, but it still struggles to answer simple questions about churn risk, activation quality, and expansion readiness. We need a senior analyst who can bring order to the picture. The work sits at the intersection of product, finance, and customer success, and it rewards clean thinking more than flashy tooling.

Responsibilities

  • Build core reporting around activation, churn, and expansion
  • Clarify metric definitions across product and finance teams
  • Support experiment readouts and retention investigations
  • Create dashboards that are trusted enough to reduce ad hoc requests
  • Document business logic so the analytics layer stays stable over time

Requirements

  • 5+ years in analytics, business intelligence, or product analysis
  • SQL for deep work across product and billing data
  • Tableau or Power BI for decision-ready dashboards
  • Statistics for cohort analysis and experiment interpretation
  • Python for repeatable analysis and lightweight automation
  • Comfort working directly with senior stakeholders
