About the role

We're building the analytics backbone that powers decisions across every product team at Yalvex. As deployment volumes have grown, so has the need for rigorous, data-driven forecasting rather than gut calls. You'll join a cross-functional squad with defined sprints, clear ownership, and weekly syncs with leadership, translating raw usage data into models that inform roadmap priorities. Your work will directly shape which features ship next quarter and how we allocate engineering capacity. Expect close collaboration with product, finance, and infrastructure teams, and real accountability for the accuracy of your forecasts.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain forecasting models for feature adoption and usage trends
  • Partner with product and finance to translate metrics into roadmap decisions
  • Present findings in weekly leadership syncs with clear, actionable takeaways

Requirements

  • 3+ years building statistical or ML models in a production environment
  • Comfortable with SQL and Python for large-scale data analysis
  • Experience communicating quantitative findings to non-technical stakeholders
