About the role

We're building the next generation of AI-powered social listening tools and need a manager who can turn raw mention volume into decisions brands actually act on. You'll lead a small analytics team producing weekly insight reports for enterprise brand clients, backed by our internal sentiment and trend models. You'll also shape what gets built next by working closely with product on which metrics actually move client decisions.

Fully remote.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team producing client-facing analytics reports
  • Define which sentiment and trend metrics matter most to clients
  • Review and refine SQL-based reporting pipelines
  • Present quarterly insight summaries to enterprise accounts

Requirements

  • 6+ years in social or marketing analytics, management experience a plus
  • Strong SQL and Tableau skills
  • Comfortable presenting to enterprise clients
  • Solid grounding in statistics for trend analysis
