About the role

We're building the next generation of AI-powered sustainability reporting tools and need a lead who can turn scattered ESG data into a story executives will actually read. You'll own the analytics layer that converts raw emissions and supply chain data into board-ready reporting, working across engineering and customer success. This is a senior individual-contributor role with real influence over how our platform presents sustainability data to enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

  • Own the analytics pipeline behind ESG reporting dashboards
  • Translate raw emissions data into executive-ready insights
  • Partner with customer success on client-specific reporting needs
  • Mentor junior analysts on the team

Requirements

  • 6+ years in data analytics, sustainability experience a plus
  • Strong Python and SQL skills
  • Experience building executive-facing dashboards with Power BI
  • Comfortable working with imperfect ESG data
