Requirements

- Expert-level Zapier experience (multi-step Zaps, paths, sub-zaps)
- Able to work with webhooks, custom code steps (JavaScript or Python)
- Experience with agency or client service environments
- Fast problem solver — can diagnose a broken Zap quickly
- Good communicator who can explain automations to non-technical clients
